As a CBM Cashier, you'll create the experience for our customers through excellent service. Cashier/Customer Service Job Summary:
Will provide enthusiastic and cheerful customer service while using cash registers, electronic scanners, and related equipment to conduct monetary transactions with customers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide excellent guest service, which includes:
- Engaging with our guests to learn their wants and needs so that you can help them create their meal solution
- Maintaining knowledge of products and specialty items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests
- Ensure excellent product is ready for our guests by inspecting our store products for proper rotation, cleaning, sanitation procedures, completing reports as necessary
- Create a hospitable shopping experience by merchandising and stocking our products and specialty items throughout the day, while also making sure nearby guests are assisted
- Gather shopping carts from parking lot and assist in general housekeeping duties throughout the store
- Assist guests at the coffee bar, serving coffee, preparing food, taking orders and assisting with delivering cheerful and excellent service.
- Assists with other duties as assigned.
- Follow all CBM standards, policies and protocols
- Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Guest service oriented.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate available equipment, such as cash registers, calculators, or scanners.
- Basic mathematical skills, as needed to make change and give refunds.

Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and working on cash registers or related equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- To meet the needs of our store, guests, and teams, this position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
- Required to spend long periods of time on feet and stand or walk without a break
